We study Education, and in this area, the teacher who gave us class, teach many strategies of teaching or learning, leadership in the classroom, english grammar, and methodics of teachers.
If we want to change the traditional education in our country (Ecuador), we must to learn the differentiated instruction, assessments and strategies.
For to talk about a differentiated instruction, necessarily must first understand, what means this term. according to Diana Heacox, author of the book entitled -Differentiated instruction in the regular classroom- "A differentiated instruction means changing the pace, level, or kind of instruction you provide in response to individual learners' needs styles or interest. Differentiated instruction specifically responds to students' progress on the learning continuum- what the already know and what they need to learn."
We are forming as teachers, and we walked toward changing of the traditional. But if we want to change that traditional, how do we do ?.
We know our students have different multiple intelligences, and as a guide or facilitator of knowledge must seek strategies for each based on your various forms of learning to can understand each topic of the unit.
But how to evaluate children who have different multiple intelligences?
As teachers we must change the traditional evaluations, and an effective way to put it into practice according to Dr. Herrera in her book "Assessment accommodations for classroom teachers of culturally and linguistically diverse students " that the teacher must make a pre assessment, assessment and post assessment that is based on the cognitive area or multiple intelligence that have students.
Although not only the student is evaluated giving a piece of paper with a series of questions, Also, the teacher can evaluate every day in the many activities makes his students or send them homeworks in which each one employ what he knows and it in the form that develops better.

I can tell how much work you have put into this. Well done! I really like it!
